Information on Fall 2009 Commitments to Teams
In order to improve the way we offer services, we will now require the seasonal fee with a commitment form for the upcoming season. You may use the secure online submission located below or print this form and mail it to our address on the form with the $85 club fee for a single child. A multiple player fee chart is included on the commitment form.
We have extended the commitment deadline until further notice.
Check your child's "U" age group from the age group chart below before printing and filling out one of the forms below:
Note: The girls and boys U10 teams are closed to commitments.

Fall 2009/Spring 2010
U10
Born August 1st, 1999 to July 31st, 2001 or
a 3rd/4th grader born after July 31st, 2001.
U12
Born August 1st, 1997 to July 31st, 1999 or
a 5th/6th grader born after July 31st, 1999.
U14
Born August 1st, 1995 to July 31st, 1997 or
a 7th/8th grader born after July 31st, 1997.
