Registration forms may be obtained on this site or contact your town recreational director and request a copy.

Registration for each team is dependent on a full roster and the availability of a volunteer coach. All players from the fall 2009 rosters are automatically on the spring roster if they choose to register. If additional applications exceed the roster limits, then tryouts will be scheduled to fill the roster. If you have registered and your child does not make a team your fee will be refunded. The player must be under the listed age for that team on July 31, 2009. For example, a U10 player for this spring must be 9 years old on July 31, 2009.

A registration fee of $85 is due by February 13th. A late fee of $30 should be added to any late registration. No registration will be accepted after March 6 th.

If your child did not play for BUSC in the fall of 2009, add the following to your registration form:

1. a small color photo with the players face about the size of a thumbprint
2. a photocopy of their birth certificate
3. a player signature

Mail the following:
(1) signed registration form
(2) the registration fee (made payable to BUSC)
(3) if required, the materials indicated above to:
